Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team and support software development, product testing, business operations, documentation, and customer coordination activities. This role is suitable for candidates who are willing to learn, take responsibility, and grow with the company. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and improving web and mobile application features. Support product testing, bug reporting, and quality checks. Help with documentation, reports, process notes, and user guides. Coordinate with internal teams for daily tasks and project updates. Support customer onboarding, client communication, and basic operational activities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required. Learn company products, processes, tools, and workflows. Complete assigned tasks within timelines and maintain quality. Required Skills Basic computer knowledge and good internet usage skills.
