WinPayTech does not ask users to share confidential OTPs, card PINs, UPI PINs, internet banking passwords or similar credentials. Sensitive payment authentication is handled through approved payment channels and banking/payment partner systems.
Where payment-related references are stored for records, reconciliation or support, they are limited to transaction IDs, masked details, payment status and related non-sensitive references as applicable.
We retain account, support and transaction information for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain transaction records, process refunds, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet audit or reconciliation requirements and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Some transaction records may be retained even after an account request is raised, where retention is required for legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution or compliance reasons.
