Refund Policy for Tuition Fee Payments

WinPayTech facilitates genuine tuition fee payments initiated by students, parents, learners or authorized payers to tutors or tuition centres using supported digital payment methods.

Tuition fee payments successfully processed to the intended recipient are generally non-refundable through WinPayTech, except where the transaction is duplicate, failed after debit, technically reversed, or otherwise verified as refund-eligible.

Eligible refunds are processed only to the original payment source used during the transaction. Refund approval and timelines depend on transaction verification, payment status, bank/network timelines and applicable policies.
WinPayTech is intended only for tuition fee payments. It is not intended for money transfer, cash withdrawal, self-transfer, stored-value loading or prohibited transactions.
