Tuition fee payments successfully processed to the intended recipient are generally non-refundable through WinPayTech, except where the transaction is duplicate, failed after debit, technically reversed, or otherwise verified as refund-eligible.

If money is debited but the tuition fee payment fails or is not confirmed, the case may qualify for refund after verification.
If a customer is charged more than once for a single tuition fee payment, the duplicate or excess amount may be refunded after review.
If a transaction is reversed or marked refund-eligible by the relevant payment system, WinPayTech may initiate refund processing.
