These Terms of Use are published for access to and use of the domain name https://winpaytech.com, including related web pages, mobile site, mobile application, and services, collectively referred to as the Platform.
The Platform is owned and operated by WINPAY TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at:

In these Terms of Use, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Platform Owner”, and “WinPayTech” refer to WINPAY TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. “You”, “your”, “customer”, or “user” means any person who accesses, registers on, transacts through, or uses the Platform.
By accessing, browsing, registering, initiating a tuition fee payment, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other applicable policies made available on the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Platform and tuition fee payment services is governed by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected by WinPayTech and shall not apply unless accepted by us in writing.
2. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, operational process, or platform policies. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms are posted shall mean that you accept the updated Terms.
3. Services Offered
WinPayTech provides a digital platform for genuine tuition fee payments. The Platform enables students, parents, learners, or authorized payers to initiate tuition fee payments to tutors or tuition service recipients using supported digital payment methods.
The Platform is intended only for tuition fee payment use cases. WinPayTech does not permit use of the Platform for cash withdrawal, self-transfer, stored-value loading, money circulation, prohibited transactions, or any activity that is not a genuine tuition fee payment.
We may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature or payment method at any time, subject to applicable law, risk controls, operational requirements, and partner/provider policies.
4. User Registration and Account Responsibility
To access certain Platform features, you may be required to register or authenticate using your mobile number, email address, OTP, password, or other verification method. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during and after registration.
- You are responsible for all activity performed through your registered account.
- You must keep your login credentials, OTPs, and authentication details confidential.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected account breach.
- You must not create multiple accounts to misuse offers, limits, payment flows, or platform controls.
5. OTP and Electronic Authentication
OTPs and authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number or email are confidential. WinPayTech will never ask you to share your OTP. Any action completed using valid authentication may be treated as authorized by you.
6. Tuition Fee Payment Processing
Tuition fee payments on the Platform may be processed through authorized authorized payment service providers, banks, UPI providers, card networks, net banking providers, financial institutions, and other approved service providers. By initiating a payment, you authorize WinPayTech and its service providers to process the transaction based on the details submitted by you.
Payment failures, delays, reversals, or pending status may occur due to:
- Banking, UPI, card network, or net banking downtime
- Payment service provider or service provider issues
- Incorrect student, tutor, recipient, contact, or payment details entered by the user
- Insufficient balance, limit restrictions, authorization failure, or issuer decline
- Risk review, compliance review, or suspicious transaction checks
- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
WinPayTech shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by banks, authorized payment service providers, networks, service providers, or systems outside our reasonable control.
7. Transaction Accuracy
You are responsible for verifying all tuition fee transaction details before confirming payment, including student name, tutor name, tutor account or UPI details, amount, mobile number, email address, and any reference information. Transactions successfully processed using details entered by you may not be reversible except as required by applicable policy or law.
8. Charges and Fees
You agree to pay all applicable service fees, convenience fees, taxes, registration charges, or other charges associated with using the Platform. Applicable charges, if any, may be displayed before transaction confirmation wherever required.
9. Refund Policy
Tuition fee payments successfully processed to the intended recipient are generally non-refundable through WinPayTech, unless a refund is required due to duplicate payment, failed transaction debit, technical error, or any other case accepted under the applicable Refund Policy.
If a payment is made twice for the same tuition fee transaction, our team will verify the transaction records. Once verification is completed and the duplicate payment is confirmed, the excess amount will be refunded to the eligible source account or bank account within the applicable processing timeline, generally within 6 to 8 business days after successful verification.

10. Offers and Promotional Benefits
WinPayTech may offer promotional benefits, coupons, or platform benefits from time to time. Such benefits may be subject to separate eligibility criteria, expiry dates, transaction limits, and usage restrictions.
- Promotional benefits are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash unless expressly stated.
- WinPayTech may modify, withdraw, cancel, or reverse benefits in case of fraud, abuse, system error, or policy violation.
- Promotional benefits are provided at the discretion of WinPayTech or its partners.
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
- Submitting fake, misleading, unauthorized, or incorrect identity or tuition fee details
- Using the Platform for non-tuition fee transactions
- Using the Platform for cash withdrawal, self-transfer, stored-value loading, money circulation, or fund routing
- Attempting unauthorized transactions or fraudulent activities
- Misusing offers, coupons, limits, or platform controls
- Interfering with servers, databases, security systems, or platform operations
- Copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercially exploiting Platform content
- Using bots, automation, scripts, or unauthorized tools
- Violating any applicable Indian or local laws
12. Fraud Prevention and Monitoring
WinPayTech reserves the right to monitor accounts and transactions for fraud prevention, suspicious activity detection, risk management, compliance requirements, and platform security. Transactions identified as suspicious may be delayed, restricted, cancelled, reviewed, or reported to appropriate authorities where required under applicable law.
13. Account Suspension or Termination
WinPayTech may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform without prior notice if fraud, suspicious activity, misuse, violation of these Terms, legal requirement, regulatory instruction, payment abuse, or platform risk is detected.
14. No Warranty
The Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Neither WinPayTech nor any third party provides any warranty or guarantee as to uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, exact processing timelines, suitability for a particular purpose, or outcome of any transaction.
15. Use at Your Own Risk
Your use of the Platform and services is at your own risk and discretion. You are required to independently verify that the tuition fee details and payment instructions are correct before initiating any transaction.
16. Intellectual Property
The Platform content and services, including design, layout, logo, graphics, text, software, workflows, and features, are proprietary to WinPayTech or licensed to us. You shall not claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in such content.
17. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party authorized payment service providers, banks, UPI providers, card networks, net banking providers, analytics providers, communication providers, and other service providers. When using such services, you may also be governed by their respective terms, privacy policies, and operational rules.
WinPayTech does not control third-party systems and is not responsible for their downtime, failures, errors, policies, or service quality beyond our reasonable control.
18. Electronic Consent and Communications
By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications, notices, records, disclosures, transaction alerts, service updates, OTPs, and agreements electronically through the Platform, email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, or other electronic means.
19. Indemnity
You shall indemnify and hold harmless WinPayTech, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and service providers from any claim, demand, action, penalty, loss, liability, cost, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, misuse of the Platform, incorrect transaction details, fraudulent activity, or infringement of third-party rights.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinPayTech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform, transaction failures, delays, third-party outages, unauthorized access, loss of data, or any matter beyond our reasonable control.
21. Force Majeure
WinPayTech shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, regulatory actions, war, strikes, internet failure, banking network failure, payment network outage, cyber incidents, or other force majeure events.
22. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to collection, storage, processing, and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

All concerns, notices, or communications relating to these Terms must be communicated using the contact information provided below or through the support options available on the Platform.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them, their enforceability, or your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
25. User Consent
By accessing, browsing, registering, initiating a tuition fee payment, or continuing to use WinPayTech, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other applicable policies available on the Platform.
